The processing of refunds depends on the status of the funds and the Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) provider.
If the IPG provider allows, and the request is made within 3 days (before funds are transferred to our local bank), a full refund may be initiated. If funds have already been received via online payment or direct bank transfer, the refund process will take approximately 5 working days.
Deductions: A service charge of 3% or LKR 50 (whichever is higher) may be deducted from the original amount to cover administrative and banking costs.
